Within minutes you see a preview designed for you — not a choice of five colours, but a version you can look at and click through.
Choose a plan, pay the deposit
If the direction is right, pick Starter or Business and pay a 30% deposit to begin production. The quote is the final price, with scope spelled out in the contract.
Complete the onboarding form
A four-step form collects brand assets, content and contact details. It autosaves, so you can fill it in over several sessions.
Hand refinement
Our designers build the real site on top of the preview by hand: multi-page expansion, real content, responsive layout.
Human QA
Before delivery we check every item by hand — performance, responsiveness across devices, keyboard operation, WCAG contrast, semantic HTML, Schema.org, sitemap, image alt text, 404s and deep links. See the 12-point checklist on the About page.
Launch
Once you sign off, the site goes live — first-year domain, hosting and an SSL certificate included (Let's Encrypt, auto-renewing).
Ongoing follow-up
After launch you get check-in emails at D+0, D+1, D+3 and D+30, plus a reminder before renewal. For continuing SEO/GEO work, the Growth retainer plan picks up from there.
First-draft timing: Starter is usually within 3 working days, Business within 7, depending on the confirmed scope.
